"This was our first winery stop on our first trip to Napa and we couldn’t have picked a better place to kick off our weekend! This winery didn’t come up in my research but was last minute recommended by a friend and I’m SO GLAD we could get a tasting reservation. It was by far the top winery we went to. Here are the highlights… and there’s a lot! - drive up the mountain - gate entrance was dreamy! - greeting from David our sommelier - the grounds - the weather ended up being so gorgeous we could see San Francisco in the distance - ATV ride up to our first tasting - I learned here I love Chardonnay - final tasting we got some privacy to enjoy just the two of us - the knowledge David shared with us and his genuine care for our questions and interest in what he was sharing with us SO many highlights but truly David made our entire trip. We couldn’t stop talking about Mayacamas! I do wish we could’ve had one more tasting outside on the gorgeous patio but that’s my only note! Thank you all for an amazing time! Highly recommend. Worth the drive. Worth the price."
