"Although the presentation is nice, the unifying theory of pretty much everything from starters through to mains, was lack of flavor. I’m not a heavy salt user (that’s the Mrs. and she wasn’t even present) and I appreciate subtle flavors, but pretty much everything lacked umami. Although the duck confit portion of my dish was done well, the vegetable medley it was served with was bland, and the kabocha squash was almost raw. The ahi tartare was served with severely underripe avocado and also was very devoid of flavor. That being said, my mother did like her halibut dish, and the steak frites was solid. Service was good but I can’t recommend if you are looking for a satisfying dining experience. Better options exist."
